Church

As reported by LifeSiteNews, St. Patrick's Church in Calgary, Alberta has installed wire fences after suffering attempted arsons over a two week period. The targeted area of the arson was where the tabernacle was located. The arson attempts did render small damages to the building of the church. As protection and to discourage any more attempts made on St. Patrick's, the Church spent thousands to install barbed wire fences to the exterior of the building.
The St. Patrick Church had prior incidents but this particular one was enough to have the assistant parish priest take action. Assistant parish priest, Fr. Vincent Ha Tuan explained to LifeSiteNews that the attempted arsons gave the church no other option but to protect itself.
There was also surveillance footage taken and the authorities were alerted.
